About iKon Technology

One partner.IT, hardware, or both.

Hire us for managed IT. Hire us for hardware. Or both, run by one team. Most clients start with one and grow from there.

Take one piece, or the whole stack.

Plenty of clients hire us for managed IT and nothing else. Plenty buy hardware from us and run their own IT. The two fit together when you want them to — the same team that monitors your network can spec the hardware, configure it before delivery, and own the ticket if it fails. That combination is the upside, never the entry fee.

Managed IT

Monitoring, patching, helpdesk, cybersecurity, backup — the full stack of ongoing IT management for businesses that can not afford gaps. We own the outcome, not just the ticket.

Hardware procurement

Workstations, servers, networking gear, mobile devices. We source, configure, and deliver — then manage what we sell. One vendor for the full lifecycle, not a handoff at the loading dock.

Southwest footprint

Based in Mesa, AZ. We serve the East Valley and broader Phoenix metro, plus San Diego and Orange County. On-site work is a real part of what we do — not an add-on billed by the mile.

No invented expertise

We claim what we do, not what sounds good. No certifications listed until held, no partner tiers until confirmed, no SLA numbers pulled from a template. Plain talk, specific commitments.

The gap most clients hit

The vendor handoff problem.

A managed IT provider monitors your environment, finds a failing drive, and tells you to buy a replacement. You get a quote from a big-box reseller. The gear arrives. Someone has to image it. The MSP may or may not do that — or charges extra to touch hardware they did not sell.

A hardware reseller ships what you order. Configuration, deployment, and whatever comes next is your problem or your MSP's problem. Two vendors, two invoices, one gap in the middle.

We built iKon around that gap. We source the hardware because we manage the environment it goes into. We configure it before delivery because we wrote the device standards. We manage it after deployment because we already own the ticket if it fails. No handoff. One call.

How we operate.

We are not a franchise, not a national brand with a local office, and not a one-person shop that grows by subcontracting. We are a Mesa-based company with staff who work on-site and a supply chain we actually understand.

Flat-rate managed services

Per seat per month. Predictable. The incentive structure aligns: we make more when problems do not happen, not when they do.

Hardware on a real margin

We buy through established distribution channels and mark up transparently. We are not the cheapest hardware vendor. We are the one who integrates what they sell.

On-site when it matters

Remote support handles most issues. Some things need a human in the room. Mesa HQ means same-day dispatch across the East Valley without travel fees that double the invoice.

Common questions

What kind of businesses do you work with?

Small and mid-sized businesses that need real IT management, not break-fix on a prayer. We have worked with dental practices, construction firms, accounting offices, manufacturing operations, and schools. The common thread is that they want IT handled — not a vendor to manage.

Why does iKon do both managed IT and hardware?

Because the split creates real problems for clients. A pure MSP tells you what hardware to buy, then sends you to a reseller for the quote. A pure VAR delivers gear and leaves you to figure out configuration and management. We can do both, which means we spec hardware to fit the environment we already manage, configure it before delivery, and take responsibility for it afterward. You do not have to buy both to work with us — take managed IT, take hardware, or combine them. When you combine them, the handoff disappears: one call, one relationship, no gap.

How do you handle pricing transparency?

Managed services are priced per seat per month — flat, predictable, no surprise overage invoices. Hardware quotes are itemized with unit pricing. We do not bundle services into opaque packages to obscure the math. If you want to know what you are paying for, we will tell you.

Are you growing beyond Arizona?

We already serve businesses in San Diego and Orange County, CA. Those markets arrived through referrals and client expansions, not a land-grab. We grow where we can deliver on-site — not by claiming national reach we can not actually execute.

Want to see if we are a fit?

Tell us about your environment — size, current pain points, hardware situation. We will give you a straight answer about whether we are the right call.
