What we source
Commercial desktops (Dell OptiPlex, HP EliteDesk, Lenovo ThinkCentre), business laptops (Dell Latitude, HP EliteBook, Lenovo ThinkPad, Apple MacBook, Microsoft Surface), and workstations for engineering, design, or media workflows. We stock and source across the full commercial tier — no consumer hardware, no gray-market units.
Configuration and imaging
Devices ship imaged and enrolled — Windows 11 Pro or macOS, domain-joined or Intune-enrolled, applications pre-installed, group policies applied. You hand the device to a new hire and they log in to a fully provisioned machine. We handle the setup so your IT team does not spend a week on it.
Fleet refresh planning
We track your fleet age and generate refresh timelines so hardware end-of-life is not a surprise. When a refresh cohort comes due, we quote replacements, coordinate delivery, and handle old device wipe and disposal documentation. No scrambling for a capital ask at the last minute.
Volume and project buys
New office buildout, seasonal hiring surge, district technology refresh — we handle the procurement timeline so hardware arrives when you need it, not before the space is ready or after the project deadline. We quote fast and coordinate with your schedule.
Common questions
Do you sell consumer laptops or just commercial?
Commercial tier only. Business-class hardware has longer driver support cycles, better serviceability, and manufacturer warranties built for professional use. Consumer hardware is cheaper upfront and more expensive over time — we do not quote it.
Can you source Apple hardware?
Yes. We source MacBook Air, MacBook Pro, Mac mini, Mac Studio, and Mac Pro. Apple hardware can be enrolled in Apple Business Manager and managed via Jamf or Intune. If your environment is mixed Windows and macOS, we handle both.
What is the lead time on configured devices?
Availability and staging requirements vary by model and configuration. We confirm current lead times before you commit.
Is there a minimum order?
No minimum. A single laptop order goes through the same quote process as a 200-unit fleet refresh. Start with a quote request and we will respond with pricing and availability.
