Zero-Touch Provisioning

Out of the box and ready to work.

We provision devices so a new hire turns on a laptop and gets a ready-to-use machine — apps installed, policies applied, enrolled in MDM. IT never touches the hardware before the user does.

Windows Autopilot and Intune

We register hardware into your Intune tenant before it ships. The employee powers on, signs in with their Microsoft 365 credentials, and Autopilot handles the rest — applications deploy silently, group policies apply, and the device is fully corporate-managed without IT ever imaging it. We configure the Autopilot deployment profile, enrollment status page, and app assignments.

Apple DEP and Configurator

For macOS and iOS fleets, we enroll devices in Apple Business Manager, configure Device Enrollment Program (DEP) profiles, and manage the Jamf or Intune MDM enrollment. iPads ship to classrooms already configured and kiosk-locked if that is what the deployment requires. Supervision is applied at the factory-registration level, not per-device in a staging room.

Bulk fleet deployment

Refreshing 50 workstations or deploying 200 Chromebooks for a district? We stage in parallel — provision at volume, verify each unit against your checklist, and coordinate shipment so devices arrive site-ready. Staff unpacks and powers on. No imaging day, no cart of USB drives, no IT team spending a weekend in a conference room.

Policy and compliance baseline

Every provisioned device gets a documented security baseline: disk encryption enforced, screen lock configured, minimum OS version required, app allow/block lists applied. You receive a compliance report before the fleet goes live — not an assumption that things are configured correctly.

Common questions

What is zero-touch provisioning?

Zero-touch means IT never physically handles a device before the end user does. The device ships from distribution, the user powers it on, and Autopilot or Apple DEP automates enrollment and configuration over the internet. Your IT team skips the imaging day entirely.

Does this work for users in different locations?

Yes — that is the point. Autopilot-enrolled devices can ship directly to any office or home address. Provisioning happens over the internet during first boot; physical location does not affect the process.

We do not have Intune — can you still do this?

We can deploy and configure Intune as part of the provisioning engagement. If you are on Microsoft 365 Business Premium, Intune is already included in your license — it just needs to be activated and configured. We handle that.

What MDM platforms do you work with?

Microsoft Intune (Windows and cross-platform), Jamf Pro and Jamf School (macOS and iOS), and Mosyle (education iOS). We recommend the right fit based on your OS mix, scale, and existing Microsoft 365 licensing.

Can you provision servers and networking gear too?

Yes, though the process differs. Servers get imaged, domain-joined, and baseline-configured before rack installation. Networking gear gets factory-reset, firmware-updated, and pre-configured to your network design before it ships to your site — so the on-site installer plugs in and the network comes up.
