Privacy policy
iKon Technology, LLC is a managed IT provider and hardware reseller in Mesa, Arizona. This page covers what goikon.com collects, why we collect it, and what happens to it. It is short because the honest answer is short: we collect very little.

The contact form
If you submit the contact form, we receive what you typed: your name, company, email, phone number if you gave one, your message, and whether you asked for an assessment or a quote. The submission is delivered to us as email through Resend, our email delivery provider, and kept as ordinary business correspondence.
We use it to respond to you. We do not sell it, and we will not put you on a marketing list you did not ask for.
Bot protection
The contact form runs Cloudflare Turnstile to keep automated spam out. Turnstile runs a short challenge in your browser and may set a Cloudflare cookie to do it. That cookie exists for bot detection, not tracking. Submissions that fail the check are discarded.
Error monitoring
We use Sentry to catch errors on the site. When something breaks, we get a technical report: the page, the error, browser and device details, and your IP address. We do not use session replay — nothing records your screen, your clicks, or your visit.
Analytics
We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views. It is cookie-free and aggregate: we see which pages get visited and roughly where traffic comes from, not who you are. It does not follow you across the web.
Hosting
The site is hosted on Vercel. Like any web server, Vercel keeps standard access logs — IP address, requested page, timestamp — used for security and operations.
Theme preference
If you switch between light and dark mode, that choice is stored in your browser's localStorage. It never leaves your device and identifies nothing.
What we do not do
No advertising cookies. No cross-site tracking. No selling or renting of data. No marketing email without your consent.
Retention
Contact form submissions arrive as email and are kept the way any business keeps correspondence: as long as the relationship or the law makes them useful. If you want yours deleted, ask.
