Microsoft 365 and cloud subscriptions
We resell Microsoft 365 Business Basic, Standard, and Premium through the CSP program. License adds, removes, and tier changes happen through us — no portal juggling on your end. Annual and monthly billing options are available. We track your license count against your actual user count so you are not paying for seats you do not use.
Windows and Server licensing
Windows 11 Pro OEM and volume licenses for new hardware deployments. Windows Server Standard and Datacenter, SQL Server, and Remote Desktop Services CALs — scoped to your virtualization environment and user count. We handle the paperwork for Software Assurance and Open Value agreements.
Security software
Endpoint security, DNS filtering, and email security software are available through our reseller relationships. We pair licensing with configuration — procurement and deployment are part of the same engagement, not two separate projects. Renewals are tracked and flagged before they lapse.
Renewal management
Licensing that expires unnoticed is a real operational risk — compliance gaps, service interruptions, and scrambled procurement at renewal time. We track your software renewals and notify you 60 days out. You make the renewal decision; we execute it.
Common questions
Do you sell Microsoft 365 directly or through a distributor?
We are a Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider (CSP). You purchase through us, and we manage the subscription lifecycle — adds, removes, tier changes, and renewals. Microsoft billing runs through our account; you receive a single invoice from us.
Can I move from a Microsoft direct subscription to buying through you?
Yes. Transferring a Microsoft 365 tenant to a CSP partner is a standard process. We handle the transfer, you keep all your data and configuration, and billing shifts to us on the next renewal date.
Do you handle Adobe or other non-Microsoft software?
We handle Microsoft licensing as the primary focus. For other vendors, it depends on our reseller relationship — ask at the quote stage. For software we cannot source directly, we can still advise on licensing structure and procurement options.
What if I need licensing for a one-time project?
Temporary license adds are available through the CSP program on a monthly basis. For a project requiring additional seats for 3 months, you add the seats, close the project, and remove them. No multi-year commitment required.
