Do you work with PLCs and SCADA systems?

We focus on making sure the IT layer doesn't become a vulnerability or point of failure for those systems.

What does 'network segmentation' actually look like in practice?

It means your plant floor network is on separate VLANs or physical segments from your office network, with a firewall controlling what can cross between them. The firewall allows specific, documented data flows — ERP pulling production counts, for example — while blocking everything else. If ransomware hits your office, it can't reach your PLCs or historians.
