Cybersecurity
Security that holds under pressure.
What we run, continuously
01Monitor
Endpoints, servers, and network under continuous monitoring, with alerts routed to a person.
02Maintain
Operating systems and third-party software kept current on a scheduled cycle.
03Respond
Tickets triaged and worked by the same team that knows your environment.
04Review
A standing look at what changed, what broke, and what to do about it next.
The layered approach
No single tool stops every threat. We stack EDR/MDR on every endpoint, enforce multi-factor authentication across Microsoft 365 and remote access, filter DNS to block malicious domains at the network layer, monitor for compromised credentials with dark-web scanning, and train your staff to recognize phishing. Each layer covers what the others miss.
Endpoint detection & response (EDR)
Traditional antivirus looks for known signatures. EDR watches behavior — it catches novel malware and fileless attacks that signature scanning misses. Our managed EDR collects threat telemetry continuously and routes detections through the response coverage defined in your service agreement.
MFA and identity hardening
Most breaches start with a stolen password. MFA stops them cold. We deploy and manage MFA across Microsoft 365, VPNs, and any system with remote access — and we configure Conditional Access policies so legitimate users aren't constantly interrupted.
Phishing training and dark-web monitoring
Your staff is targeted constantly. Simulated phishing campaigns measure click rates and train people to pause before they act. Dark-web monitoring surfaces compromised credentials before attackers use them — so you can force a password reset before the breach happens.
Incident response
If something gets through, speed is everything. We contain, investigate, and restore from known-good backups. Our incident response process is documented, tested, and ready — not assembled in a panic at 2 a.m.
Common questions
Do I need cybersecurity if I'm too small to be targeted?
Small businesses are targeted more, not less. Attackers use automated tools that scan the internet indiscriminately — they hit whoever has a gap. Company size doesn't filter you out.
What's the difference between antivirus and EDR?
Antivirus matches known malware signatures. EDR watches what processes do on the system and flags suspicious behavior — it catches attacks that have never been seen before. For managed businesses, we deploy EDR with active monitoring rather than passive antivirus.
Do you help with cyber insurance requirements?
Cyber insurance carriers increasingly require MFA, EDR, and documented backup policies as conditions of coverage. We can walk you through what your policy requires and get the controls in place.
How does phishing training work without annoying staff?
Simulated campaigns run on a schedule you control — monthly or quarterly. Staff who click get a short, non-punishing training module immediately after. We report click-rate trends to you over time. The goal is behavior change, not gotcha moments.
What's your response time if we suspect a breach?
We treat a suspected breach as a Priority 1 ticket and begin triage under the incident-response path in your service agreement. The first actions are to contain affected systems, preserve evidence, and establish scope.
