Why businesses switch to VoIP
Traditional PBX systems require on-site hardware, vendor maintenance contracts, and per-seat handset investments that don't survive the next office move. Cloud VoIP is hosted, managed by the provider, and scales up or down with a few clicks. You pay per seat per month, not per hardware refresh cycle.
What we deploy and manage
We select a cloud VoIP platform appropriate for your size and feature needs, port your existing phone numbers, configure call flows (auto-attendants, ring groups, voicemail-to-email), and deploy desk phones or softphone apps depending on your preference. Ongoing management includes adds, moves, changes, and line-of-business integrations.
Remote and hybrid work
With cloud VoIP, your office number follows you. Staff working from home or in the field pick up calls on a desktop app, mobile app, or desk phone — same extension, same caller ID. Call routing doesn't care where the person is sitting.
Integration with business tools
Modern VoIP platforms integrate with CRMs, Microsoft Teams, and helpdesk systems. Click-to-call, automatic call logging, and screen pop on inbound calls reduce manual data entry and speed up customer interactions.
Common questions
Can you keep our existing phone numbers?
Yes — number porting transfers your current numbers to the new platform. The process takes a few weeks and we manage it so your lines stay live throughout.
Do we need new handsets?
Not necessarily. Many cloud VoIP platforms support softphone apps on computers and smartphones, which eliminates desk phone hardware entirely. If you prefer physical handsets, we can provision IP phones that work with the platform.
How does call quality compare to traditional landlines?
On a properly configured business internet connection, VoIP call quality is indistinguishable from a landline. We assess your network's capacity and QoS configuration as part of deployment — poor call quality is almost always a network issue, not a VoIP issue.
What happens if our internet goes down?
Call forwarding to mobile numbers or an alternate location kicks in automatically. We configure failover routing during setup so a brief internet outage doesn't mean missed calls.
Can you replace a multi-site PBX?
Yes. Cloud VoIP handles multiple locations natively — inter-office extensions, shared call queues, unified voicemail. Each location connects to the same hosted platform with no site-to-site hardware links required.
