Microsoft 365 licensing and deployment
We select the right licensing tier for your team, handle the tenant setup, migrate mailboxes and data, configure security baselines (MFA, Conditional Access, Defender for Business), and train your staff on what changed. Common questions
Which Microsoft 365 plan should we buy?
It depends on your headcount and security needs. Most SMBs land on Business Basic (email + Teams + SharePoint, no desktop apps) or Business Premium (full desktop apps + Defender + Intune). We scope it at the assessment — the price difference between tiers is usually less than the cost of the security tools you'd have to buy separately.
How disruptive is an email migration?
With planning, not very. We run migrations on a weekend or off-hours, test thoroughly before cutover, and keep the old mailboxes accessible during a transition window. Most teams are back at full capacity Monday morning.
Can you migrate us from Google Workspace to Microsoft 365?
Yes. Gmail, Drive, and Calendar all migrate to the equivalent Microsoft services. We handle the data move and DNS reconfiguration.
Do you resell Microsoft licenses directly?
Yes — as a Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider (CSP), we can bill licenses directly through us with consolidated monthly invoicing alongside your managed services.
What's Intune and why does it matter?
Intune is Microsoft's mobile device management (MDM) platform. It lets you enforce security policies on every device that accesses company data — including personal phones. Wipe a lost device, enforce disk encryption, require a PIN. It ships in Business Premium; we just have to turn it on.
