Accessibility statement

Our commitment

iKon Technology, LLC is committed to making this website usable by as many people as possible, including people with disabilities. We aim to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA conformance, and we treat accessibility issues as bugs to be fixed — not nice-to-haves.

What we've done

  • Semantic HTML — proper landmarks, headings, lists, and form labels throughout.
  • Skip-to-content link on every page.
  • Keyboard navigation — all interactive elements are reachable via Tab; focus is visible and contained inside modal menus.
  • Color contrast — text meets WCAG AA contrast ratios in both light and dark themes.
  • Reduced motion — we respect the prefers-reduced-motion system setting and suppress non-essential animations for users who request it.
  • Alt text and ARIA labels for icons, decorative graphics, and form controls.
  • Native form validation with proper error messaging, not custom replacements.
  • Mobile and zoom support — the site reflows down to ~320px width and zoom-friendly up to 200% without horizontal scroll.

Known limitations

We test in current versions of major browsers and major screen readers (VoiceOver, NVDA), but we are a small team and we can't claim coverage of every assistive technology combination. If you encounter an accessibility barrier, we want to hear about it.
