IT Support — Tempe, AZ

Finance corridors. Research parks. ASU spinouts. We cover all of Tempe.

Tempe sits 10–15 minutes west of our Mesa headquarters. The business mix runs from finance and life sciences firms in the marina and research park zones to new corporate HQs landing along Rio Salado. We manage IT across all of it — flat-rate monitoring, helpdesk, cybersecurity, and hardware under one agreement.

What we know about this area

Tempe packs an unusual amount of IT spend into 40 square miles. The ASU Research Park at Loop 101 and Warner Road is the densest cluster: GoDaddy's global headquarters (3,100 Arizona employees), ASML, Honeywell, Texas Instruments, GE Healthcare, and two Amazon offices share 320 acres. In January 2025 the park was named for a CHIPS for America flagship R&D facility, expected operational around 2028 — semiconductor research on top of an already heavy engineering roster.

Marina Heights on Tempe Town Lake anchors State Farm and Infosys, with Freedom Financial, JP Morgan Chase, and Northern Trust running offices in the same corridor. Gen Digital — the cybersecurity company once called NortonLifeLock — keeps its headquarters here. This is compliance-aware ground: finance and security firms that expect documented access controls and audit-ready environments, not a break-fix handshake.

Rio Salado Parkway drew a wave of relocations in 2025 — Dutch Bros and Cognite moved corporate headquarters in, and Benchmark Electronics brought its global HQ. South Tempe near Warner Road clusters life-sciences operators like Becton Dickinson, Stryker, and Medtronic. Most Tempe MSPs handle monitoring and helpdesk but not hardware. An HQ buildout or a lab refresh needs both, and we do both under one agreement.

Common questions

Do you support engineering and tech companies in the ASU Research Park?

Yes. GoDaddy, ASML, Honeywell, Texas Instruments, and GE Healthcare anchor the park, but 50+ companies and roughly 3,500 employees work there — including mid-size engineering offices and satellite operations squarely in our range. Hardware procurement (workstations, lab-grade servers, network gear) plus ongoing managed IT is the typical combination. The CHIPS for America R&D facility announced for the park in January 2025 will expand that cluster further.

How quickly can you respond on-site in Tempe?

From our Mesa HQ, the ASU Research Park at Loop 101 and Warner is about 15 minutes. Marina Heights and the Novus corridor are 15–20 minutes. Rio Salado and downtown Tempe are 20 minutes. We schedule hands-on work from Mesa after confirming urgency, coverage, and current traffic conditions.

Can you support newly relocated corporate HQs and ASU spinouts?

Yes — both are strong fits. Dutch Bros, Cognite, and Benchmark Electronics each relocated or established corporate headquarters in Tempe in 2025. HQ buildouts need significant hardware procurement (conference rooms, workstations, networking buildout) followed by ongoing managed services — exactly what our VAR and MSP combination delivers. ASU spinouts and early-stage Research Park tenants need the same thing from scratch: device procurement, MDM, Microsoft 365 tenant, security stack from day one.

Most MSPs in Tempe do not carry hardware. You do?

We do. We are a value-added reseller as well as an MSP. Workstations, servers, networking equipment, peripherals — we source, configure, and deliver hardware directly. A new office buildout at Novus or a workstation refresh at the Research Park gets handled end-to-end, not farmed out to a separate vendor.
